Nice setup! Office or home?

I can't wait to move into an apartment (soon) and setup an awesome little Fortress of Solitude area with desks, computers, monitors, drafting table, tablet, scanner, piano, guitars, etcetera, etcetera.

Living room? Who needs a living room?
